These prices “include” tips. Tips are not expected nor requested.
I believe tipping is an outdated custom that puts undue pressure on both the client and the practitioner and especially impacts people with limited financial means. Plus, clear communication and expectations are part of the foundation for therapeutic work.

Therapeutic Massage

Customized to your needs and preferences. May include Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, Thai table, and facilitated stretching techniques.

Hot Stone Massage

Therapeutic massage plus the use of hot Himalayan salt stones to relax muscle tension and increase circulation. I use ethically sourced salt stones.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is available at no extra cost. Please indicate that you are requesting a prenatal massage (and the number of weeks) at the time of inquiry or booking so that I can prepare accordingly.
