Tips are not expected nor requested.
Prices are all inclusive. To me, tipping is an outdated custom that puts undue pressure on both the client and the practitioner and especially impacts people with limited financial means. Plus, clear communication and expectations are part of the foundation for therapeutic work.

Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card, cash, Venmo, or PayPal. If you are paying fully in cash, you’ll receive a $5 discount (to make up for credit card processing fees).

Please read the policies in full before booking an appointment. At the time of confirmation you will be required to acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these policies.

Massage Therapy Service Menu & Pricing

Therapeutic Massage

Customized to your needs and preferences. May include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, Thai table, and facilitated stretching (PNF) techniques.

Hot Stone Massage

Therapeutic massage plus the use of hot Himalayan salt stones to relax muscle tension and increase circulation. I use ethically sourced salt stones.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is available at no extra cost. Please indicate that you are requesting a prenatal massage (and the number of weeks) at the time of inquiry or booking so that I can prepare accordingly. We’ll use additional pillows and side lying techniques to accommodate your body. Hot stone massage, CBD, and aromatherapy are not available for pregnant people.

Duo Massage

Whether you are a couple, family members, or friends, enjoy a massage in the same room, at the same time, with your companion. Each person will have their own massage therapist. No extra charge for sharing the room — each person will be charged individually for their service, as I work with other independent massage therapists. Limited availability, please contact me to request this.
